A Perspective:
🤞🤟😌🫡 Any disaster could have been prevented, or at least the impact of total damage could have been greatly reduced in all aspects. Would any disaster be satisfactorily prevented in the future? And would the general people and property be sufficiently well protected in the future? Would everyone be reassured of their safety? Lawfully in case of any loss, it is risky and sad to any operators! Can it be insured? And what is the cost of it?🤞🍀🤞🍀🤞 Besides a lot of luck, disaster prevention, mitigation, and management know-how are the keys to everyone's safety. 👍
At any place when there are any combinations of complacency, non-situational awareness, lack of experience, no common sense, no imagination, no alertness, not being wary to circumstances, incorrect data or too much data, unreliable source of contacts and misinformations, know too much and over-confidence that could lead to negligence, or even simply an irresponsibility and not being straight that no one wants to see!!!, it dangerously leads to, would, and could lead to wrong decision and a great loss!! And it could always happen again if there wouldn't be any "change" !! One crucial thing is a good decision making is always based on correct data shown and not entirely by a person!🤞🤟😌 A bare truth!!
